"We greatly enjoyed our stay in Oak Hill! It was the perfect amount of space for me and my fiancée. The property was very clean and cozy. Even though the property is near a main road we couldnt hear any traffic at all. The kitchenware is a little sparse so I wish we'd brought a frying pan, but otherwise we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!"

"Perfect place for a nice getaway. My wife and I came here to visit the New River Gorge in June 2025. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a few days. The address had us going to a different place for whatever reason but quick communication with the owner helped correct the problem. Would definitely recommend to any couple looking for a place to stay. Great for pets too. Only change I would make is leveling up the bed some to get it higher off the floor. "

"This property was absolutely perfect! Nestled in Fayetteville with bars, restaurants and nature all just steps away. The property itself was METICULOUS! Not a single speck of dirt anywhere, including hallways and common areas. It was extremely well appointed-down to extra batteries for remote controls if needed! "We were looking for a National Park to explore within driving distance and decided on New River Gorge. The property was ideally situated for us to be able to explore the park and also Babcock State Park. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing “home base”. We will probably be back since we had a rainy day and weren’t able to get as much hiking in as we had planned. But, we were able to drive around and see more of the area due to the rain than we would’ve hiking."
