All Season Getaway - Large Private Beach House - Perfect for Families

Our well-loved and well-stocked waterfront family cottage has everything you need for a fantastic family getaway on a calm bay along the Ottawa river.

As we head into early fall, there are still many chances for fun outdoors:
- Enjoy our canoe, 2 paddleboards, and 2 kayaks which are included free of charge along with lifejackets, paddles and bailing kits.

- Or go outside to play: we offer our badminton court, you can set up spikeball on the beach, you can try out the slackline, or enjoy a game of tetherball.

- Or go outside to connect with your guests: with 2 campfire pits you can pick the best location for your group, or you can try out the sauna.

- Kids love to play on the large sandy beach - even in fall. It's a gradual entry, so a great location for swimming (though there are clams so water shoes are recommended). In fall, and depending on ages, you can enjoy the lower deck, while they build the sandcastles of their dreams.

- Walk the beach or bring your bikes and go for a ride along the country roads.

- Read a book on our lower deck while watching the sunrise or sunset, fish off the dock, or fall asleep in the hammock.

Prefer some time indoors?
- The screened-in porch will become a favourite place to relax, read, catch up with friends or dine at this time of year. We include 2 electric space heaters so you can enjoy the fresh air during the daytime, and as it moves into evening, you can quickly heat up the space.

- Enjoy some games - we have a closet filled with board games and puzzles, as well as a separate table for crokinole, a foosball table (upstairs), and more!

- High-speed Starlink Internet means that you can work (or watch Netflix) easily.

- Cook up a storm in our well-provisioned kitchen. There are 2 fridges to store whatever you bring, and all sorts of appliances: stand mixer, blender, rice-maker, 2 raclettes, and more. If you need something in particular, please just ask so we can be 100% sure, but it's very likely that whatever you're looking for is already there.

Main Floor:
Adults A: 1 Queen bed
Kids A: 2 singles + 1 single over double bunk bed
2 bathrooms
Open-concept kitchen, dining and living rooms, and screened-in porch.

Upper Level:
Adults B: 1 King bed
Kids B: 1 double + 3 singles
Kids fort
