"This was the perfect cottage getaway. Waterfront serenity and the cottage was equipped with everything you could ever need. Comfortable beds and living space with a fully equipped kitchen. Right down to the finest details of salt and pepper and a Keurig for coffee. Would definitely recommend this little slice of heaven. Owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely book again. "

"The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. "Great stay with young grandchildren, children! Prompt responses. Water shallow for swimming. "

"This is a great property to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished, and kitchen and living area offered all you need for a great stay. Add to it great outdoor space and you have all you need for a great stay. The location is remote yet Barry's Bay is close by so that you don't miss out on opportunities to shop and dine."

"It was a beautiful cabin, everything you could need for an enjoyable stay, the water and kayaks/ paddle boat were fantastic.We would love to stay there again.The sunsets were gorgeous from the Sun porch."

"We had a flood in our BNB which we booked back in February. Thankfully this cottage was available to cover part of our stay. The kids enjoyed the location and we were so grateful for enough beds for everyone to stretch out at night (myself with 3 kids, one being a teenager)! The hosts and neighbours were welcoming and kind. Would happily return if we are in the area again. Definitely quiet and peaceful pace of life where you can relax. Gas BBQ was easy to use. "This was the perfect place for us while visiting relatives in the area and only an hour drive from the Ottawa airport. After we arrived Brianna came to welcome us and provide some detail about the home. This is a beautiful property, impeccable decor and design with all the amenities plus more. The hot tub, fire pit and a glass of wine at the rivers edge were added touches of enjoyment. The S’mores were delicious, thank you Brianna."

"Everything was as described. All amenities worked well. Beautiful view and a private beach. A two minute drive to Calabogie golf course was a bonus (and a fantastic course at that!). Quick and easy communication with the host. We will very likely be back in the future. "

"A very lovely chalet nicely located in Calabogie near the ski hill, the lake , and not far from the racetrack and restaurants. The place is well equipped so you won’t need to worry about bringing much. The host was super nice ans helpful and made sure we had a great experience. I’ll definitely book it again . "

"Tom's Rustic Cottage was a great escape from the city. The cottage had everything we needed, bedding, kitchen supplies, and a fire pit for smores. The lake was clean, peaceful, and didn't have any seaweed tickling my toes. Best of all, we were able to bring our dogs and spend a week with them enjoying the outdoors. Great Stay."

"This was the best-stocked cottage I have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you need including spices and condiments. The lake is beautiful and perfect for canoeing. The swimming access is a very long shallow sandy entry. The hot tub is great and includes screens to keep bugs out. Neighbours are fairly close when you’re at the lakeside but the yard and hot tub are completely private. Host is lovely and responsive.
