"This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. There is no thermostat for the heat so you are relying on a remote thermostat somewhere else in the house to control the baseboard radiators. The location was...

"The room was not cleaned. There was dust underneath the bed along with dead bugs, dead bugs on the sheets on the furniture in the plexi. The events were not cleaned nor was the dome organic matter growing everywhere and when I expressed my issues with the dome and refused to stay she would only give a partial refund on top of that the fitness center shown is nothing like what is there there is just two adjustable dumbbells"

Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. "What a great experience, we traveled through Maine and this was our favorite stop. Kent is kind and fabulous. Beds were great, the remote living was a dream. We chose to canoe in and that was the right call! Our stuff arrived on a boat. We saw lots of birds turtles and a bald eagle! It was awesome."

The sunroom is already a great place to hang out and enjoy the river view, but the owners are also putting in a lot of work to create an enjoyable outdoor space. Jeffrey is easy to work with and honestly wants you to have a good stay."
