Business license # 00026187 has been renewed to Feb 2026, luxury legal suite around 980 sqft built in 2020 with 9ā€™ high ceiling, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with Refrigerator with cold water & ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, living room with sofa & single sofa, coffee table & side table, ,in suite laundry room, eating area with solid wood dining table and 4 chairs, , dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes, plates, cups, wine glasses etc. separated ventilation system. Need to downstair to sunken deck to access the suite. No wheelchair accessible. Portable BBQ, high chair & standard baby crib with mattress & coverlet based on request. Free Tire inflation if need!

We booked this place for a weekend while we were there for a soccer tournament. The location was perfect for us since it was pretty close to the fields. It was also nice to be close to the beach area. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the property owner answered all our questions promptly and politely. Would definitely stay here again! Only (minor) issue was finding the entrance. It's around back, so it feels a little strange to walk into someone's yard.

The basement suite was great - high ceilings and ample bedroom and bathroom space. We didnā€™t use the kitchen really so canā€™t speak to availability of essentials. The one thing that we were disappointed with was cleanliness. The bathroom floors were covered in hair. Not just one or two but so much hair. The bedding had hair on it too. Not really what you want to see when youā€™re climbing into bed. Otherwise it was fine. Easy to get into however a sign outside or notes on how to find it would be helpful. The entrance isnā€™t visible from the sides of the house and we didnā€™t really want to wander around someoneā€™s house after dark looking. Ended up calling and it was fine.

Overall this was a comfortable property to stay at. Clean. Those are not queen size beds. It would be nice to have an extra blanket handy. Those stairs are difficult to navigate while caring stuff We were 3 ladies in out late 50s and early 60s, so hard to navigate. Host did help to take luggage down. When I saw beachside property, thought it might have been closer than 2 miles to beach. Bath tub difficult for short legged people, would be helpful to ha a bar to help you get in and out. Thankfully there was a walk in shower. Happy there was a wine opener and wine glasses. Though overall nice place would not stay there again due to the steep stairs. Oh, it would be nice to have a lock box for a key. We did finally figure out how to lock it with key pad.

Property is good but wasn't clean and there were no extra supplies. we had to call Jim (Host) for supplies. Floor and washrooms were not clean as expected. Jim is nice and tried to help as much he could. Internet connection was weak maybe because of basement. It was hard for us to carry our luggage from stairs.

What a great place to stay. Jim lives upstairs with his family and would respond to our requests or questions in a prompt time. He brought was a few extra chairs to sit on for outside when he noticed we hung out on the patio. The place is few blocks from the busy White Rock pier and shops and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was pretty clean and a great location. Could use some more dishes. Master bed was really hard but second bed was great. Ice maker in fridge didnā€™t work. Property manager was easy to contact and overall experience was great.

The property is nice and newer construction. However, it wasn't as clean as it should have been (there was a large amount of hair in the shower drain). The unit was also lacking some items like extra pillows (there was only one each per person) and extra blankets. There was only Axe body wash and menā€™s hair care available in the shower and just hand sanitizer in one of the bathrooms vs actual hand soap. The owner was responsive when we had trouble getting into the unit. If I had to stay in the area again, we would possibly give it another try and hope some of the missing amenities get added and cleaning is improved.

Very nice basement suite. Lots of room and well equipped. Host was very responsive to all questions and brought us extra towels quickly when we asked. Note there is a flight of stairs to get to the suite that might be an issue for people with mobility problems. Would stay again for sure

We stayed for 5 days. It was a perfect layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great for my wife and me and her mother. Very nice location, short drive to Crescent Beach, the pier and shopping. Listing was as pictured, clean, nice kitchen, new washer and dryer and appliances. Owner was quick to respond to requests and questions. Would have liked a couple of extra blankets, but they were not available. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
