"The room was perfect for my needs, with a nice view of the lake. It was quiet as well. The only issue I had was nearly falling on the sidewalk near the parking area due to ice hidden underneath the snow. "

"What a spectacular hotel! Everyone was friendly and very helpful! My belief is that it is the people who make a spectacular organization and this hotel has the best. The breakfast was made of real eggs with chives! None of those rubbery eggs from other establishments. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was excellent. "The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. Being able to walk through the park into downtown was incredibly convenient and felt like you were in a much bigger town than Saratoga. Thanks!"
