"The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting.
The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming.
The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom.
The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere.
Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies."

"Spotless room. Great location for Football ground and city centre. Ate in the hotel restaurant and food was excellent. Recommend the steak. Reasonable prices for a Hilton hotel "

"The room was clean and we love the hotel as it is wnere we got married 2 years ago so have spent both anniversaries at the hotel. The majority of staff are polite.
The only problem we find is that the hotel is always too hot. "
