"I liked so much. This hotel was one of the best hotel that I stayed and I travel a lot! It is so clean, doesn't have carpet (because this item that I chose it). The employees are so nice and the suite chosen by me was amazing, with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, stove and utensilis for cooking (pan and accessories, etc).Besides of that, the shower in the bathroom was very good and modern (does not have batthtub). "

"Got to the room and it was dirty, ie: long hair all over the shirt, stained wash cloths etc.. mattress was bad and seemed old. You could feel the base When laying in it and was nosey like it was covered in a vinyl bag. Every time you move, you felt and sounded like you were inside of a paper bag. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked to have new wash cloths changed out and the shower cleaned. Normally I don’t complain, but when I pay almost $500 for a week, I expected to at least be...

"Would have happily given this a 4-4.5 star review if it had not been for the rock hard beds and horrible pillows that made me so sore the entirety of our two night stay. Our booking for 2 queen beds was given away and they were all sold out when we arrived. They did offer a rollaway bed which worked for my 12 year old. Luckily my 7 year old was small enough to sleep on the chaise lounge. They did credit me $50 for the mix up, but yeesh I haven’t been this sore from a bed maybe ever."

"The sheets and pillows were clean and nice. The property was very old but in relatively good condition. The air and heat worked great. The tv was big, nice, and new. Our microwave went out the second night and they bought a new one and put it in. The fridge worked fine. There was a fairly strong odor in the room as is the case with most cheaper motels we stay in which I am not sure was either the cleaning chemicals or dog urine or a combination. "Was no towels, only 2 small hand towels and 1 wash cloth. Went to front desk to ask for towels, and was told housekeeping would have to give them to me the next day. I had to check out that next morning though and housekeeping didnt arrive until checkout time. Was very upset and probably will not return based on this incident. This is the second time I stayed here and the first time was as bad if not worse, the first time the shower head flew off and hit me in the face. "

"This property is at the end of its lifetime that’s for sure. It needs a complete upgrade. Stayed in the exact same hotel in Rochester Hills MI literally the night before. Night and day difference. Bed and pillows were awful, bathroom was dirty, still had q-tips in the trash and hair in the shower. Bathtub didn’t drain properly, so you’re standing in water ankle deep for your whole shower. And PLEASE take the coffee maker out of the bathroom. I’ve heard way too many gross stories to ever...
