Once I arrived I spoke with the front desk person and they told me to speak to management once they arrived only to be told that I would not be refunded for the night I was not there, I showed him the call...

"I liked so much. This hotel was one of the best hotel that I stayed and I travel a lot! It is so clean, doesn't have carpet (because this item that I chose it). The employees are so nice and the suite chosen by me was amazing, with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, stove and utensilis for cooking (pan and accessories, etc).Besides of that, the shower in the bathroom was very good and modern (does not have batthtub). "

"My family spent the night before catching an early morning flight. The room met our need for a location close to the airport. Beds were squeaky and there was some noise from the street. Staff were friendly."

The crew said it's been an issue for some time and is trying to work on it. The facility also decides not to tell the customer when the room will be cleaned or when linen will be picked up."
