"This hotel was great! The location is right in the center of the downtown area. They also use phenomenal products in their showers. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner was some of the best I have ever used in a hotel. The valet service was great as well as the front desk staff! 10/10 would recommend to anyone heading to Lexington. "

"I liked so much. This hotel was one of the best hotel that I stayed and I travel a lot! It is so clean, doesn't have carpet (because this item that I chose it). The employees are so nice and the suite chosen by me was amazing, with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, stove and utensilis for cooking (pan and accessories, etc).Besides of that, the shower in the bathroom was very good and modern (does not have batthtub). "The lady at check in was so nice but the property was in really bad shape. We did not get the non smoking king room we requested. The bedding had cigarette burns all over it and was clearly unwashed. When pulled back you could hear crumbs hitting the floor. The smell of smoke was soaked into everything. The sheets did look washed but very stained. The floor was very sticky and dirty. The bathroom wall had feces on it. The shower was very clean and air conditioner worked. You could see under and...

"We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...
