"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and overall a good stay! We didn’t arrive until after 9pm, our son was having surgery the next morning early at UK and we got checked in quickly! "

"We had a quick trip to Lexington to visit UK for our daughter. From check in to check out, our experience was enjoyable. The front desk staff young lady that checked us in was so personable and knowledgeable. She gave great recommemdation for things to do and dinner, as well as some tidbits about being an UK student. Overall great time and will definitely stay here again."

"I liked so much. This hotel was one of the best hotel that I stayed and I travel a lot! It is so clean, doesn't have carpet (because this item that I chose it). The employees are so nice and the suite chosen by me was amazing, with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, stove and utensilis for cooking (pan and accessories, etc).Besides of that, the shower in the bathroom was very good and modern (does not have batthtub). "

"We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...

"This hotel was very easy to feel comfortable and we slept like babies! Rooms were fresh and ready with no issues to sort out. Didn’t use amenities, but everything looked clean and maintained. "

"Property was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Biggest issue was that the property was LOUD. If anyone in the room used the tub/shower it was very loud in the room. Neighboring room’s TV could easily be heard through the wall. All doors slammed shut (no soft closers). Was hard to get comfortable with so much noise all through the night. Breakfast was average. Surrounding area had good dining options."

"We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep. The night person at the desk came right away and changed the linens and was shocked to see what we had described to her on the...
