Walk to everything but stay away from the village noise! Across the street from Marketplace, the majority of shops, cafes & restaurants are within minutes! Curl up by the fireplace, soak up the views from the patio or relax in the shared hot tub & pool facility!
This newly updated 3-level 615 sqft town home includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, super comfy queen mattress in master, Napoleon BBQ, spacious outdoor patios, 2 Smart TVs and in-suite laundry. Please note the suite is split into 3 levels so there are stairs from the ground level entrance to reach the main living room and kitchen level, and another set of stairs leading up to the washroom and bedroom.
The living-room and full sized kitchen are an open concept space featuring a comfy couch with a modern pull-out double size sofa bed, 43'' flat screen Smart TV with basic cable/Chromecast/Netflix/Amazon PrimeVideo, a fireplace to keep you warm in the winter and a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer. The living room connects to an outdoor patio deck featuring a Napoleon BBQ and seating. The kitchen has a bar style counter with seating for 4 people which can double as a working space if you need to crank out some work on a laptop. There is plenty of counter space for meal prep and is equipped with a full range of stainless steel appliances including a ceramic top range oven, 30" french door fridge & freezer, French press for coffee, microwave, and dishwasher. It also includes basic food staples, spice rack, free coffee, cooking/eating utensils, pots/pans, toaster, rice cooker, etc.
Around the corner from the kitchen and up a shortened flight of stairs is the newly updated bathroom. You'll find a new sliding glass door enclosed tub and shower to soak in after a hard day's hard work on the ski hill - or simply take a cleansing shower. Since the bathroom is separated from the living area and bedroom it's located in the perfect private spot when sharing the suite with two or more people.
Along another shortened flight of stairs, you will find the washer and dryer on the third floor, which features an air conditioned private (lockable) bedroom with a queen size bed, 40'' flat screen Smart TV with basic cable/Chromecast/Netflix/Amazon PrimeVideo, and a closet to store your belongings. The bedroom is connected to a large patio with enough seating for everyone! It's large enough to have kids run around playing with toys or games or adults to hang out and have a few drinks and enjoy the fresh Whistler air.
A door code and arrival instructions will be issued for self check-in to the unit. It makes for a smooth and hassle free arrival!

Our guests have access to the complex's shared heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub which is a 30 second walk from the suite. Next to it you will find an indoor sauna and a small gym with basic equipment, such as a treadmill and elliptical trainer.
Our property manager’s, are available via the Airbnb app or by phone. They will respond as soon as possible to any questions or concerns.
The Glacier's Reach complex is located across the street from Marketplace in Whistler Village North. You get the best of both worlds here with the hustle and bustle of the village across the street (less than 2 minute walk) but on the quiet tree lined Valley Trail. All of the access, none of the noise. Once you're settled in you won't have the need for a car to explore Whistler Village - walk or bike everywhere you want. We are located at the north end of the Village, nestled inside the complex and sheltered from the street noise, backing a private tennis club. You'll be a 2 minute walk to the marketplace featuring the largest grocery store in Whistler (IGA), BC Liquor Store, 24-hour McDonald's and Mac's convenience store, Starbucks, Rexall Pharmacy, and much more. A quick 10 minute walk to the lifts and a 1.5 minute walk to the free Whistler shuttle bus stop if needed.
Walk into the Whistler Village stroll across the street from our complex (less than 2 minutes). Everything in the village is walking distance and a free shuttle bus comes every 15 min or so to the complex to take you to the lifts! Regular transit stop is about a 1 minute walk from our suite. We are pretty close to the day lots as well if the underground private parking for the complex happens to be full. Our unit literally backs onto the Valley Trail which goes all around the perimeter of the village, to Lost Lake, and so much more. The trail even goes as far down as Creekside and Function Junction, where a lot of "local" recommendations are. Ideal for a walk or bike ride.

Quiet time (10pm) is strictly enforced as is the parking pass/key replacement fee.
