After time on the mountain, you can sink into the private hot tub beneath the cold night air or warm up beside the wood-burning fireplace while snow drifts beyond the windows. The townhouse offers a calm, wooded backdrop that keeps you close to the slopes yet comfortably tucked away from the bustle of the village.



Living spaces

Spread across multiple levels, the main gathering area features vaulted ceilings, generous windows, and a wood-burning fireplace that becomes the heart of the home on winter nights. The adjoining dining area seats eight with extra seating at the breakfast bar, creating an easy setting for shared meals or relaxed mornings. A kitchen equipped for cooking makes it simple to prepare après-ski dishes, and a dedicated workspace offers a spot to check in when needed. Heating, air conditioning, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace support comfort throughout the seasons.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 10 guests across four bedrooms and a den. The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and a private ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower and a deep soaking tub. Another bedroom on the main level offers a king-split bed with a nearby bathroom. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a queen bed and another has two twin bunk beds, each with a TV. Two additional bathrooms on this floor provide both a shower-only option and a bathtub-shower combination. Essentials, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and in-unit laundry add ease for longer stays.



Outdoor living

The forest setting enhances every winter day, whether you step onto the deck to use the BBQ grill or sink into the private hot tub surrounded by quiet tree cover. The single-car garage features boot warmers along with space for ski and snowboard storage, keeping gear ready for the next outing. Outdoor furniture on the patio or balcony adds another spot to take in the crisp mountain air.



Ski access

Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at roughly 100 stairs that lead into the Northern Lights area, and the ski-out requires climbing these stairs again to reconnect with the trail. Access is typically available late December through March, depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
