Inside, a gas fireplace flickers, casting a steady glow across the living room while the evergreens beyond the balcony stand still in the winter air. Mornings begin with crisp light through the trees and the promise of fresh tracks just steps away.



Sleeping arrangements

This two-level townhouse accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The upper level features a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two twin beds. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. On the main level, a powder room adds convenience.



Living spaces

After a day on the slopes, settle into comfortable seating around the indoor fireplace and unwind with the TV or quiet conversation. Sliding doors lead to a patio or balcony overlooking the surrounding forest - a peaceful vantage point for watching snowfall drift through the trees. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

You’re moments from the Upper Village’s dining scene, yet it still feels like your own private corner of Whistler. In winter, ski home through the woods; in summer, wander trails that start right outside your door.

• This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
