Living spaces
Spacious and bright, the main level features two distinct lounges designed for relaxing after cold-weather adventures. One offers a wood-burning fireplace and expansive views, while the other includes a Smart TV and a dedicated workspace. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create an open, airy feel, and both in-floor heating and air conditioning support year-round comfort.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes shared meals easy, with a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and essential cooking basics. A dining table for eight and a breakfast bar for two give you flexible space to gather, linger, and enjoy time together at home.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. On the lower level, the primary suite includes a king bed, reading chair, TV, desk, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a king split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twin beds. Two additional bathrooms on this level feature a bathtub-shower combo, a glass-enclosed shower, and double vanities. The fifth bedroom sits on the main level with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity, and direct access to the deck.
Outdoor living
Winter days end easily with a soak in the covered hot tub overlooking the mountains. Multiple patios and a wraparound deck extend the home’s living space, offering quiet corners to take in the crisp air. The front patio includes a BBQ grill and space for outdoor dining when the weather permits, while the upper deck provides a sheltered spot to enjoy the surrounding views.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, a safe, clothing storage, and a mudroom closet equipped with a boot and glove dryer. Guests also have access to driveway parking and a free parking garage on the premises. The private entrance and smart lock support easy self check-in, and long term stays are allowed.

Located along the 14th hole of Nicklaus North Golf Course and within walking distance of Green Lake, the chalet sits in a quiet, scenic area just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Winter trails, local dining, and cross-country skiing are close by, giving you an easy return to calm, comfortable surroundings at the end of each day.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centred around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.
