    The Space:

    Evergreen forest and quiet trails set the tone for your time on Blackcomb Mountain. In winter, return home along the ski-out trail and ease into your private hot tub beneath the trees; in the warmer months, the Valley Trail is just a short ride away, connecting you to Whistler’s lakes, parks, and village. Evenings are for stretching out on the sofa, with fresh mountain air just beyond your patio doors.



    Sleeping arrangements

    This single-level townhome accommodates up to four guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in closet, and dresser, along with an ensuite bathroom complete with heated tile floors and a tub with overhead shower. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be arranged as either a king or two twin beds, plus a closet and TV. A second bathroom includes a step-in glass-paneled shower. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.



    Living spaces

    The open-plan living area brings everyone together after winter adventures. Comfortable seating surrounds a large TV, creating an inviting place to relax indoors. Heating keeps the space cozy through the colder months, while portable fans are available. Wifi makes it easy to stay connected, and free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit add convenience for longer stays.



    Kitchen & dining

    The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and more. Cooking basics and barbecue utensils are included. Gather around the dining table for shared meals and conversation before planning the next day on the mountain.



    Outdoor living

    Your private entrance leads to a patio set against a forested backdrop. The private hot tub offers a soothing end to ski days, and a BBQ grill with outdoor furniture provides additional space to unwind in the crisp mountain air.



    Ski access & location

    Located in the Arrowhead Point Complex on Blackcomb Mountain, this home offers ski access with nearby ski-home and ski-out trails. The ski-home trail from Lower Cruiser run brings you back to the complex, and the ski-out trail connects down to the base of Blackcomb and the Blackcomb Gondola. Ski access is seasonal, typically available from late December to March and dependent on snow levels. Whistler Village is also within easy reach for dining, shops, and activities.



    Amenities & essentials

    Practical comforts include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, safe, and self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking garage on premises is available, and long term stays allowed makes this townhome well suited for extended winter escapes focused on time in the mountains.



    Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



    The Neighborhood:

    Arrowhead Point is a tranquil townhome complex nestled among the trees on Blackcomb Mountain. Just a short walk to the slopes and a quick ride on the free village shuttle, it offers a serene setting with mountain views. The Upper Village is easily accessible, providing convenient access to dining, shopping, and the Blackcomb Gondola. This peaceful location combines privacy with proximity to Whistler’s amenities.



    Getting Around:

    • 2-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

    • 20-minute walk to Upper Village

    • 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

    • 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

    • 20-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

    • 30-minute walk or 10-minute cycle to Lost Lake

    • Free Village Shuttle: Exit the complex, turn left, and walk up Painted Cliff Rd for one minute, the bus stop will be on your left-hand side.



    Other Things to Note:

    • Fireplace. Please note the fireplace in this vacation rental is not operational. The home is heated by baseboard heaters

    • Stairs. Entry to the home is up 10 stairs and is the only way to access the home

    • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

    • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

    • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

    • No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Arrowhead Point complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

    • Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home



    Interaction with Guests:

    Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Peaceful, clean, and beautiful!

This condo was so perfect for our little family of three! The location was private, right on the mountainside, and so peaceful! The place was very clean too and beds were very comfortable. The only thing I could say was I wish they’d had a couple of throw blankets for sitting on the patio - it was nice and cool in the mornings!

Great place for ski in ski out

The condo was clean and well stocked. The space worked well for 4 adults and the ski in - ski out was very convenient. The bus was just a quick walk and ran as scheduled every 15 minutes. I would stay here again if I am looking for a ski in - ski out option.

Nice and quiet

Everything in Whistler is only moments away from town so you can’t beat staying here. The hot tub was a welcome place after a long day of hiking or riding. I can only imagine how awesome it would be to stay here in winter and be able to ski right up to the doorstep! One thing: The dvd player needs an HDMI cable to the tv.

Whistler Visit

Condo was clean and well maintained. It is a short walk to the slope. Check in process is well documented (and easy) and communication with the property management company was very good. The fireplace wasn't working which I hadn't noticed in the listing. Otherwise everything worked well.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas with our son. The location is great. It was a short (less than 1 "block") walk up to ski in/ski out access located right by the Blackcomb Springs Suites (note that this may not be ski in/ski out in early or late season) from there you can ski down to the Excalibur Gondola. Unit is exactly like the pictures show. Really handy to have a washer/dryer in the unit especially during ski season. Private hot tub was great. Kitchen was well stocked w/ pots, pans, etc. Property management company were very responsive to any/all needs. We would stay here again!

Overall a nice place to stay

This condo is a good size for 4 adults. The hot tub is fantastic. Easy access to Blackcomb by walking 100m up the hill to Blackcomb Springs however the”ski in” access is extremely difficult to find and not signed so we ended up walking back via Blackcomb Springs which is still easy. You do rely on the shuttle buses to get to and from the village (unless you walk up/down the ski run which is easily do-able but not easy if you have a load of groceries). Buses were not frequent and often full going in either direction but we were there at a busy time of year. Hard decision whether we would stay this far up the hill next time - we have young adult children so don’t really need easy access to the ski hill and the action is in the village, but that hot tub after a day of skiing was just amazing.

Good location

Nice location and well equipped but doesn’t feel newly refurbished. We arrived after a snow fall and the loading / unloading bay had not been cleared and none of the paths had either (despite neighbouring properties being cleared). This made it very hard to work out where to go - eventually we had to park on the road and carry our bags through 15-20cm of snow which wasn’t a good start. The paths did not get cleared the whole time we were there which was disappointing. If I hadn’t hired a 4 wheel drive I wouldn’t have been able to drive into the parking garage. The house was warm and comfortable and the hot tub was nice. Considering that it is marketed as a ski in / ski out property I was surprised to find absolutely no information about how to get to the slopes or ski back to the property - it was only through googling this that I found information on another site. Given how many pages of information are provided on the tv channels, it might be nice to give information about the actual ski resort. Overall it’s a nice enough property and suited our purposes.

Great Condo and Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights just to get away from the city and celebrate his birthday! The check-in and check-out process was so simple and contactless. The condo was perfect and clean. We could tell on the calendar that this property is purposely left vacant before and after someone has stayed which was more comforting due to covid. During our stay, the property management company checked in via text to see if we needed anything which was nice. The location was only a couple minutes drive to the village and we probably could have even walked. The kitchen was well equipped. I forgot a birthday candle for my husbands cake, but they even had those in a drawer! The only thing they did not supply was complementary coffee and tea. Not a big deal though. The hot tub was well kept and also clean. We sent loads of time in there! It was very quiet throughout the complex and we didn't have any neighbors. If there were neighbors though, they're wasn't any privacy between the patio on the one side. The units above look onto the hot tub as well. Not an issue for us, but I did read other reviews mentioning that and wanted to confirm. It was just such a treat to have our own hot tub on the patio and not one that was a shared communal one! We will definitely be back!

Whistler stay

Nice place overall, location is good - a bit far from the village if you want to nip down for a coffee and limited option in Blackcomb now due to covid. that said it is very quiet at night and peaceful this time around as there were limited rentals at the time. regarding the accuracy of online listing. The word "private" for the hottub implies the wrong connotation. although it is private use - there are two balconies above that look strait down and the neighbor to the right has scanty trees - so if you complete privacy this is not the place. We were lucky at the time there were limited rentals so it ended up being "Priviate" !! Cleanliness - to be fair whistler platinum are to good to work with, however we did find the kitchen countertop dirty when we arrived (the response was workman entered and didn't clean up). In addition the pillows on the couch were a bit dodgy - one had stains on it and the others furry pillow coverings (who knows when last cleaned!!). Although generally in a good state the two items put doubt in the overall cleaning and with covid that just makes it worse. The fee for cleaning is quite large so I would expect these things being monitored and checked prior to guests arriving.
