The Space:
Breathe in the crisp alpine air as you step onto a private deck framed by panoramic mountain views. After a day on the slopes, sink into the steaming waters of your hot tub or slip into the heated pool as the sun sets over Whistler’s peaks. Evenings linger by the glow of the outdoor fire pit, where you can watch the stars emerge in the vast night sky. Every corner of this home invites you to unwind, recharge, and savor the beauty of its surroundings.

Sleeping arrangements
The chalet offers a selection of bedrooms designed for privacy and comfort. On the upper level, the primary suite features a king bed, a sitting area with gas fireplace, and a private deck, along with an ensuite that includes heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary also holds a four-poster king bed with scenic views, private deck, and ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, served by an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite, while a nanny room offers a single bed and TV with its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and the lower level provides a fifth bathroom with steam shower.

Outdoor living
From morning coffee on the patio to afternoons beside the heated pool and sun loungers, outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and gatherings. The hot tub overlooks alpine scenery, while the fire pit creates the perfect setting for evenings under the stars. A private entrance and garage parking ensure ease and seclusion, with an EV charger available for your use.

Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is appointed with Caesarstone counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and all the essentials for home cooking, including pots, pans, and serving ware. A wooden breakfast bar seats four, while the spacious dining table accommodates ten for shared meals. Just outside, the BBQ area extends dining into the fresh mountain air.

Entertainment & wellness
Gather in the media room with surround sound and a flat-screen TV, challenge friends in the billiards room, or spend time in the dedicated workout space with treadmill and elliptical. A Control4 Bluetooth sound system flows through the home, enhancing any occasion. Indoor fireplaces add warmth and ambiance to evenings indoors.

Ski access & neighborhood
Ski-out trails lead from nearby access points to the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, connecting you to the base of the Creekside Gondola. Ski-in access returns you close to the private Kadenwood gondola, which also provides direct access to Creekside Village in minutes. Here you can explore dining, shops, and entertainment before returning to the quiet privacy of the chalet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Very nice property. Pictures online are good, property is more impressive in person. All rooms are spacious. We traditionally stay in Whistler Village but decided to try Creekside on this trip. The private Gondola is quite convenient for skiing and property is a very short walk to lift. A rental car is a must as road up to property is winding and we drove into village each night for dinner (about ten minutes). We enjoyed the space as we had six in our party using four bedrooms. Excellent experience and would stay again! My only suggestion would be to leave better instructions for technology in the house. If you know control4 it is no problem, but if not, the lights and media can be confusing.

Best place we’ve found

We have a large family. This property provided everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The pool, movie room and open concept layout was great. The access to the private gondola cut lineups for skiing. Absolutely will be returning!

What a place

The photos on the website don't do this magnificent house justice. It's more beautiful than we ever imagined. The views of Alta lake and valley are stunning and viewable from most of the house. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed every feature this place offered including billiards table, media room and the huge soaring spaces. It was incredible. The older kids loved the loft bedroom. The private gondola for the Kadenwood neighborhood is amazing as well. While we stayed in summer, the ski access is also impressive. Also, Whistler Platinum is the very best property management company ever. They are so polite and prompt with help. I strongly recommend this house.
