    The Space:

    Snow settles quietly along the fairway as the mountains rise beyond, creating a peaceful alpine backdrop. After a day on the slopes, ease into the private hot tub or gather fireside beneath vaulted ceilings and exposed log beams. Winter mornings feel unhurried here, with coffee in hand and views stretching toward Whistler and Blackcomb.



    Set along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, this two-story townhouse offers a bright, open-concept main level renovated in December 2019. Large windows frame mountain views, while hardwood floors and a gas fireplace create a warm setting throughout the colder months. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round.

    Please note that a roofing project will be underway throughout the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of July. During this time, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and noise as contractors complete essential building improvements. Accommodation rates have been adjusted and an additional construction discount is applied at the time of booking to help offset any potential disturbances during your stay.



    Sleeping arrangements

    The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite with double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed beside a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with its own ensuite featuring a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and desk connects to a private ensuite, and a powder room adds convenience.



    Kitchen & dining

    The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, making shared meals easy after a day outdoors. A dining table seats ten, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The open layout keeps everyone connected from kitchen to living area.



    Outdoor living

    Step onto the patio or balcony for crisp mountain air, or unwind in the private hot tub beneath winter skies. The BBQ grill and outdoor furniture offer flexible space year-round.



    Comfort & amenities

    Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and bathroom essentials. A private entrance with smart lock allows seamless self check-in. The property also includes a safe and free parking garage on premises.



    Neighborhood

    Located in the quiet Nicklaus North neighborhood, you’re minutes from Whistler Village, Lost Lake trails, and Meadow Park Sports Centre, with Table Nineteen restaurant and the clubhouse within walking distance.



    Perfect for families, couples, and small groups seeking space, privacy, and easy access to Whistler’s winter experiences.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



    The Neighborhood:

    Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.



    Getting Around:

    This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

    • Construction Notice: A roofing project will be underway at the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of July. Guests may experience intermittent daytime construction noise, workers and building materials on site. To compensate for any potential disturbances, we apply a construction discount at the time of booking.

    • Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

    • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

    • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

    • No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

    • Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.

    • The Goldenwood complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free



    Interaction with Guests:

    Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Another terrific family vacation! Many, many thanks to the folks at Whistler Platinum for their professionalism and responsiveness during our stay. We have booked our vacations through them for several years now and somehow they still exceed expectations. We really enjoy the Nicklaus North area with quick access to pretty much everywhere in and around the village. Hopefully back again in 2026.

Wonderful house

This was a stunning house! Everything we needed was available to us. The whole house was extremely clean and well furnished. All the mattresses were comfortable, the garage was a great size for our cars, and the hot tub was a huge hit. We would gladly stay again.

Amazing home!

There were 7 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely townhome. The neighborhood was fantastic and the location to Whistler Village was great, super short drive. There was plenty of space for everyone and the home was stocked with everything needed. Will definitely be back!

A great house at a convenient location

The house has everything we need for a family of 8. We felt right at home. Check-in process is as simple as it gets. One minor gripe is that one of the bedrooms wasn’t configured as two twins per earlier request. A bit of inconvenience we managed for one night. Otherwise, this is a perfect house for ski in winter and golf in summer

We had such an amazing time at this VRBO! Location and quiet were our top priorities and this was 100% the ideal place. Fully stocked kitchen gadgets, bakeware, plates, etc. Steps from miles and miles of trails and the lake. Two minute walk to the Table Nineteen which had amazing food, outdoor patio overlooking the lake and the 9th tee. Amazing people and waitstaff. The people at Whistler Platinum were very responsive and professional each and every time we had a question or a need. Can't say enough about how thoughtful and accommodating they were to us. I will definitely be renting from them again. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion is to place a bench or chair in the mud room to enable the easy removal of shoes prior to entering the home. We found it a bit inconvenient to remove and put our shoes on while trying to balance on one foot. But something like that is easily resolved with a little piece of furniture. Other than that it was amazing!

Great spot, beautiful house in an amazing location. The AC broke during a heat wave, but they eventually fixed it. I thought the kitchen needed some essentials like salt and pepper, but maybe that was Covid related. The shower pressure was quite low which might be due to hard water. Just missing a couple things to make it so much better.

Spacious modern home in the right location

This was our third stay in Whistler. First two times was at a different property. We selected this property because the owner of the other property was indecisive of the dates of making their property available in 2024. This worked to our advantage because this home is much better. It is a modern home, bright, clean and the perfect layout. We loved the modern kitchen which was well stocked. This is important to us because we are foodies and love to cook. Beds are very comfortable with nice quality sheets, which was appreciated for a good nights rest after all day skiing fresh powder. Having plush and cozy robes for each guest is such a nice touch. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was the perfect layout for our group of four. We have a few suggestions for the owners. Add a bench or some type of seating in the entryway for sitting and taking off shoes and boots. Add a salad spinner in the kitchen and a set of glass bowls with lids for leftover foods. To add a sense of decor design for such an upscale home, add wall art/pictures. Restaurant suggestions are Araxi for dinner and Bearfoot for drinks. Also sushi village whistler is great for takeout.

We--a family of 8: grandparents, children, grandchildren--stayed in this home for our 50th Anniversary celebration. Lovely home well appointed with everything you would want. Fully stocked kitchen--you could cook a Thanksgiving dinner in this kitchen, no problem! Excellent appliances. Great location only a mile or so from the village grocery and shopping. You could easily ride a bike into town (you can easily ride a bike all over Whistler!) Quiet location on the golf course, lovely patio for barbecuing or sitting in the sun. Quiet! Plenty of room for gathering in living room and dining room. There is now a TV in the living room; we brought a TV but didn\'t need it after all. We had two minor issues during our stay, but a call to the front desk had them resolved quickly. Easy to reserve and communicate with Whistler Platinum and with the front desk. Can\'t say enough about this beautiful home!!

This modern townhouse is beautiful, well appointed, and moments from Whistler Village.

We stayed in this townhouse in early February and loved it. The location is ideal, tucked away in a semi-private community abutting the Golf Course, and only 8 minutes away from Whistler Village. The house offers a grand living/dining room with vaulted ceiling and beautiful views over the golf course. From the upper deck and hot tub views of the peaks of Whistler & Blackcomb are spot on. Top it off with excellent service from the property management team and this house should be atop your list.

Exceeded our expectations

This property was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! Every detail was well thought out. Every item we needed was there. Our family of 7 gathered for American Thanksgiving and we had every utensil, pot and pan needed for our full turkey dinner. The layout of the home was fantastic with plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have space. The hot tub was delightful and welcomed after our days of going to Whistler Village. The views from the home are awe inspiring and the location of the home on Nicholas North was easy to get to and very quiet and tranquil. This property by far has been my favorite of any of my vacation stays. Emily and Maddy checked in every day to see if we needed anything. Do not skip this property over, it is a hidden gem just 5 minutes from everything you could possibly think of in Whistler. Weather didn\'t cooperate for skiing although there was some snow. Rain didn\'t keep us from doing activities outdoors and returning to the home and hanging our winter gear in the garage to dry over the heaters designed to dry them up was perfect. My family couldn\'t be happier with this home. It\'s beautifully renovated, top of the line appliances, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our family will definitely be returning!!! Kristin

Whistler Platinum is the best!

We just finished another magic Whistler family holiday. We have used Whistler Platinum for many years now and they consistently impress with their properties and customer service. Maddy and Emily both deserve big raises for their patience and professionalism throughout our stay! We had the usual small maintenance issues which were quickly resolved. We love the Whistler North area with its ready access to biking, tennis, hiking, golfing, etc. Three generations of us all had a wonderful vacation. This is a lovely home in a quiet location.

Great place but missing a couple things

This house is beautiful. Unfortunately the AC broke during a heat wave, but they worked very hard to fix it. Eventually they did so that was fine. I feel like the kitchen needed a couple more things, like salt and pepper, maybe some oil. But maybe that\'s a Covid thing. The shower pressure was not great, perhaps there\'s hard water build up. It\'s such a beautiful place, that just needed a couple extra things to make it spectacular.
