The Space:

Firelight flickers against soaring log beams while snow settles quietly beyond the windows. After a day on the mountain, you sink into the hot tub as crisp winter air surrounds you and forested stillness sets the tone. Inside, vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape, creating a setting that feels expansive yet inviting across four thoughtfully designed levels.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 7 beds and 3.5 baths. The primary bedroom occupies the upper floor and features a king bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. On the second upper floor, one bedroom offers a queen bed and private deck, while another includes a queen bed with easy access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the main floor, the fourth bedroom provides two sets of twin bunk beds, along with a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a powder room nearby.



Living spaces

The main living room invites relaxed evenings beneath vaulted ceilings, where oversized windows look toward the mountains and a gas fireplace anchors the space. A media room with another fireplace and large TV offers a cozy setting for movie nights, while a dedicated office with desk and chair makes remote work easy. A safe is provided for added peace of mind. An elevator connects the levels, and a mudroom keeps winter gear organized.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with generous counter space and modern appliances. A dining table for 10 brings everyone together for shared dinners and lingering conversations. Whether you are cooking a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or gathering for an evening meal, the space is designed for connection and comfort.



Outdoor living

Step onto the large deck off the living room to take in the forested surroundings. The BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make it easy to enjoy fresh mountain air, and the private hot tub offers a soothing soak after a day outdoors.



Practical amenities

Free parking garage on premises includes a heated two-car garage, additional driveway space, and an EV charger. A reserved parking spot at the Pan Pacific Mountainside in the Village adds convenient lift access. The home also includes a washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, WiFi, self check-in with smart lock, luggage dropoff allowed, and long term stays allowed.



Neighborhood

Set at the end of a quiet private lane in Blueberry Hill, you are a 5-minute walk to the Valley Trail and under a 10-minute drive to the Village and Gondola. Surrounded by trees and close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and golf, this retreat offers space, comfort, and easy access to Whistler in every season.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blueberry Hill is a prestigious and tranquil neighbourhood nestled between Whistler Golf Course and Alta Lake. Just a short drive from both Whistler Village and Creekside, it offers easy access to dining, shopping, and recreational activities. The area boasts breathtaking panoramic views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking both serenity and convenience.

Beautiful, spacious property in upmarket neighbourhood. It even boasts a lift to get you between floors. The photos do not do justice to its generous scale. Perfectly located a couple of miles from Whistler Village and very close to Lakeside Park (Alta Lake) and Whistler golf course. We enjoyed Kayaking on the river of golden dreams starting at Alta Lake and running on the trails around the golf course.

Fantastic Home close to Village

Falcon's Nest provided ample space for our whole family to be together and the village parking made access to the lifts everyday super easy and enjoyable. Would definitely come back.

Great House with lots of space!

We had a great stay at this house in Blueberry Hill. It had room to spare for our 2 families with kids. It was a great place to relax after spending time skiing up on the mountain. The Whistler Platinum team responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. Note that this house if 4 stories so it has a lot of stairs, but we just used that to warm up our legs for skiing/boarding. The hot tub was great and having a parking spot in the Pan Pacific Hotel made it especially convenient to park in the village. One thing to note about the parking garage is that the max clearance might not allow for an SUV with a rooftop cargo box which was the situation for the family we went up with. Our midsized SUV with ski rack was fine, so we got to take advantage of the parking pass. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend it!

Beautiful Home

Great experience. The house is amazing and the communication with property manager was easy and straightforward. Very close to village so easy taxi or nice walk if you’re up for it. Tons of space and great backyard space with hot tub. Would definitely love to stay again. Wasn’t sure exactly what to do with our trash and the parking pass in the village didn’t work for us. The location said they changed their permit or something but we just paid to park and it was no big deal. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Big Fun House Great Location

We loved this big house in the trees! The location was perfect for an active family as it is a couple min bike ride (5ish min walk) to the trail system. The treed setting was just lovely on a hot summer day! (And would be gorgeous any time of year). The house is extremely well equipped and the supplies (soaps, d/w soap, shampoo, etc.) are very generous! Great quality also! The kitchen is truly fully equipped (there was even a roasting pan). The very few problems I had were quickly and beautifully addressed (e.g. the coffee maker died on us but a beautiful brand new one was quickly delivered to our doorstep). Love this place and will definitely return. (Oh don't forget the big huge hot tub is AMAZING!!)

Way bigger than we expected

House was much larger than we expected. Only hiccup was the elevator not working and we were never notified prior to arrival. Had to ask for maintenance to come to fix a light, was fixed within an hour of a response. We had 3 vehicles and a bike and still had room to spare parking wise. Really enjoyed our time there! Would strongly consider booking again.

Summer Family Getaway

After months of COVID-19 travel restrictions being lifted in BC, Whistler was was so needed for the family. The folks at VRBO and Platinum made this so easy. The property was excellent in every way. It is well cared for, spacious and Clean. The property being sanitized was our main concern due to coronavirus. They nailed every aspect of Insuring our safety. The spaciousness of the property allowed 8 people to find their own space. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for large family sit downs breakfast lunch and dinner. The hot tub and large deck were fabulous after a day of biking. The valley trail and multiple bike paths, Lakes and beaches throughout the Whistler Area were fantastic. Platinum’s property management folks were outstanding in the customer service And communication that they gave us. I highly recommend this property and the company. We will return. Tom

Beautiful place, amazing for a group!

Incredible place. Everything was spotless, the space is beautiful and very open, the mess room is literally perfect for gear, hot tub worked like a charm, as did the grill and all other amenities. Probably the best property I've stayed at in a very long time, wish it were mine!
