    Welcome to Chalet La Forja in Kadenwood. This 10,000+ square foot luxurious Ski in Ski out home amongst the locals is considered one of, if not the most prestigious luxury rental in all of Whistler.



    Perfect for 1 or 2 families seeking their own bedrooms, with the option to host more people. Not always for large groups, but the option is there to do so.



    *Housekeeping included in price every other day*

    *Butler Included Every Day*



    The Space:

    Private Butler & Daily Cleaning: In addition to serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the butler is responsible for all food and drink service throughout the day as well as cleanup and set up of dining table and kitchen area. To create the perfect ambiance, they will set up the hot tub, light the fire, and adjust the music and household functions. Get your daily dose of caffeine from your own personal barista. Overall, the butler is there to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

    *Daily cleaning is included in your stay, every other day.



    This luxurious home includes a gourmet chef kitchen with a butler pantry, two private offices, state-of-the-art electronics with built-in Sonos speaker systems in every room, gym, hot tub, heated pool, sauna, private gondola, and access to and from the ski-hill from your front door.



    BEDROOM LAYOUT:

    Full 8+1 bedroom home, with an additional single bed in bedroom 7, a smaller private room with a window. Converted office space that adjoins bedroom 2 and shares the same bathroom. Able to access through own door leading to the hallway.





    UPPER LEVEL (level located below the main floor):

    •Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with a beautiful King bed with an ensuite shower and bathtub as well as a private patio with 2 day lounge beds.



    •Bedroom 2 - Second master bedroom situated next to the master. It has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and bath with private patio access.



    •Bedroom 3 - Located at the end of the corridor the room has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and bath and private patio access.



    •Bedroom 4 - Very large room with a King bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and is located next to bedroom 3.



    •Bedroom 7 - This hybrid office space has a Twin bed, large window and connects to bedroom 2. It has its own private entrance leading from the hallway and shares a bathroom with bedroom 2.



    MIDDLE LEVEL:

    •Bedroom 5 - Located on its own level this bunk bed room has 6 Queen beds with a spacious ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a bath.



    LOWER LEVEL:

    •Bedroom 6 - Has a King bed and 2 twins and is tucked away down on the lower level for ultimate privacy with an ensuite bathroom and shower. Enjoy private access to the pool, hot tub and backyard.



    •Bedroom 8 - Has a King bed and is connected with bedroom 6 (walk through bedroom 6 to exit the rooms into the rec room). They share the same bathroom. Option for one of these rooms to use the large shower with a steam function located in the rec room just off these bedrooms.



    MAIN FLOOR (Includes kitchen, living room, tv lounge room, & garage):

    •Bedroom 9 - Has a Queen bed and is located on the Main Floor. Bathroom & shower located adjacent to the bedroom, and is not a private ensuite. This bathroom is shared with others on the main kitchen/living room level. Perfect for elderly looking to walk less steps to their bedroom, as there are only 5 steps to enter the house & this floor.





    Bonus: For a small daily fee, the pool can be set to hot tub temperatures.



    Guest Access:

    Guest have access to the entire private home to themselves including all amenities such as the heated pool, hot tub, sauna, garage, gym, etc..



    The Neighborhood:

    Kadenwood is considered the most exclusive area to rent or own in all of Whistler. You have direct access to the ski hill, surrounded by some of the most stunning homes in all of Canada all around the neighbourhood, your own private gondola, and most importantly located near the new and improved Creekside Gondola. There are less than 20 homes on the rental market in this neighbourhood and they tend to book fast.



    *Vail has spent $320 million dollars in renovations which include the new Creekside Gondola and Red Chair (Red Chair located at the top of Creekside Gondola). If you are looking to avoid lines, this is side of Whistler you will want to have easy access to. The lines tend to get very busy near the village because of all surrounding hotels and condo rentals. Kadenwood has easy ski in ski out access to the new and improved lifts.*



    The Kadenwood neighborhood is perched on the South side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside and is easily accessible by road or by private gondola from the base of Creekside. Kadenwood provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out trails on the edge of an old-growth forest and offers astounding Coastal Range views. The 5 minute gondola ride, 4 minute drive, or a quick ski ride down will bring you to all the amenities in Creekside Village including access to Whistler Mountain ski hill.



    Restaurants & shops: Take advantage of some of Whistler’s best restaurants and shops. Enjoy quality coffee and delicious breads and pastries at "Rockit" and "Bred" coffee shops. Red Door Bistro, Rimrock Cafe (AceHost Favourite), Cure Lounge, Creekbread, and Dusty’s. Mekong fine dining Thai restaurant is now open. Shop at 122 West for beautiful home decor and Bask & Co for stylish clothing. The Husky gas station has a 24-hour convenience store. For groceries, the Creekside Market is also walking distance via access of the private gondola.



    Getting Around:

    Can access Creekside & Whistler village via the private gondola, taxi, ride app, private driver, or vehicle rentals. Transportation is not necessary to ski since the property is located right on Whistler mountain.

    VIP Concierge Services: Included when booking this property, we will help you with all your VIP experiences such as coordinating chefs, chalet hosts/servers, helicopter experiences, transportation to and from airport, snowmobiling, restaurant reservations and recommendations, hiking recommendations, ski rental delivery, grocery delivery, in-home bartenders, and more. Ben is happy to join you on the first day to show you the ski in ski out trail, as well as show you the mountain, if time permits.

Great Family Vacation

Spent 5 wonderful nights at Chalet La Fyora celebrating our daughter's birthday with family and friends. The house was well appointed as well as staff. The size was perfect for our group with extra room to spare. Took advantage of several things that ACE Host had to offer and was not disappointed. D'Arcy from HMBS Food Services prepared some great meals for us, Nicole our butler was awesome and the Helicopter ride and lunch were priceless!

Excellent Service

A very beautiful home with excellent service. Ben (property manager), Sally (on site hostess), Rachel (caterer) and Rhea (cleaning girl) were all extremely attentive and on top of their game. Closer to Ritz Carlton staff than to the typical VRBO ski rental staff. We were very pleased. Sally is an outstanding hostess. Accommodating but not intrusive. Rachel is one of the best ski house caterers we have used in recent years. We had one minor issue with a TV and they jumped on it right away. Couldn't ask for more.

Perfect get away home!

We stayed at Chalet La Forja in Kadenwood in July 2025 with a group of 16 (12 adults and 4 kids), and I can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional vacation homes we've ever experienced. The house itself is absolutely stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-furnished. Every item and detail throughout the home felt high-end and thoughtfully chosen, from the comfortable bedding to the kitchen essentials.The layout worked perfectly for our large group, providing both plenty of communal gathering space and quiet areas to relax. The kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool and hot tub, while the adults soaked in the tranquility and breathtaking views from the multiple decks. The setting in Kadenwood is peaceful and private, yet still conveniently located for exploring Whistler.What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service from AceHost. Their team went above and beyond before, during, and after our trip, helping us arrange chef-prepared meals, private tours, rental vehicles, and other special touches. Their support made our vacation seamless and stress-free.There was not a single thing we would have changed about our stay. Chalet La Forja exceeded every expectation, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing All Around!!!

Stayed with a group of friends for a ski weekend and had the best ski trip and VRBO experience ever! Ben went above and beyond in helping to plan the stay and connecting us with house manager, chef, masseuses, ski instructor, Transportation, restaurants, etc. When we arrived Ben greeted us as, showed us around the house, and even showed us around the ski mountain the next day! Such a gracious host. The house was impeccable. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, views, rec room, gym, etc made it hard to leave the house. Highly, highly recommend having house manager Kat on-site! She took care of literally everything while we were there - groceries, breakfasts, logistics, cleaning, laundry, etc. Really made the trip. Chef Jamie also a no brainer and cooked delicious food. Ben and team - thank you so much and see you next year!!!

A luxurious stay

We had a lovely stay at La Forja. The house is beautifully appointed and Ben was a pleasure to deal with. He was really helpful in the lead up to the trip too. We booked the house with Jamie, a private chef. The food was amazing and we highly recommend taking this option. The only things to note when booking this property is that the ski in/out is for advanced riders only, as for our stay it was an ungroomed icy mogul run. I took the gondola down each day but that requires a 10min steep walk to the station. It wasn’t a problem for better skiers in our group. The heated outdoor pool wasn’t heated for us, so kids could only use the spa. The house was so lovely that it didn’t matter too much. Once home, it was like living in a palace.

Amazing Luxury home for 16!

Marta was an amazing host from the start! She texted me to ensure we had proper directions and had all the helpful tips in a binder for us upon arrival. The house has the most beautiful views, was definitely one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed at and was spacious. The property is very close to the village and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Marta for your help with everything! Ps the kitchen was amazing!

Fantastic House

Our group of friends had a fantastic time at Heritage Peak Estate, memories that will last a lifetime no doubt. The house is a stunningly beautiful piece of modern architecture. We absolutely loved the family room with its spectacular mountain views, comfortable setting & gas fireplace. There is not a bad room in the house as five of the bedrooms have private bathrooms with two rooms having a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms are spacious. Six of the bedrooms have spectacular views with the master having its own fireplace, chandelier, walk-in closet, & large private bathroom. The hot tub was a whole lot of fun--private but still outdoors with the same shared view of the mountains & you can connect to the house sound system via your mobile phone so have your playlist ready! :) The lower entertainment room adjacent to the outdoor hot tub has a wet bar & ping pong table. The relatively large ski equipment room adjacent to the garage made it simple for having all our ski gear ready to go for the next days adventure. We had close access to the ski hill via the Kadenwood ski trail and the creekside village with restaurants & convenience stores is a five minute drive. Whistler village with its fine dining & bars is a short drive as well. Heritage Peak Estate is not only a modern architecture marvel, it has a great mix of privacy & mountain views when you want it vs. adventure in the town for nighttime fun. Anyway, I'm a bit hesitant to write this great of a review because I want to be able to rent this place again next year (and not have it booked out :) but oh well ... this place is phenomenal. Stay here with your family and friends for an unforgettable adventure!
