Welcome to Greystone 310, a beautifully renovated two-bedroom plus loft condo offering the perfect combination of alpine charm, modern comfort, and true ski-in/ski-out access on Blackcomb Mountain. Designed for families and groups, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests.
One bedroom features a queen bed set against custom woodwork, while the primary bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bed with an attached ensuite bathroom. The loft area offers two twin beds, and the living room includes a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a full set of cookware. The modern bathrooms provide a relaxing, spa-like feel, and the in-suite washer and dryer add everyday convenience.
Each room has its own air-conditioning unit, ensuring personal comfort during warmer months. Guests also enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, underground parking, and full access to Greystone’s heated saltwater pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and BBQ area. Two private ski lockers are conveniently located near the building’s slope-side exit.
Unit 310 offers a perfect Whistler escape — stylish, comfortable, and steps from everything Blackcomb has to offer.

ABOUT GREYSTONE LODGE
Greystone Lodge is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain next to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair lifts. A boutique style condo complex with only 50 units makes Greystone Lodge one of the smaller vacation rental locations in the Benchlands neighbourhood in Whistler. Large open living spaces are unique to Greystone Lodge creating a true home away from home. The forty foot windows of the lofted units gives Greystone Lodge its stunning appearance for passer’s by and great mountain views for the guests that occupy them.
GREYSTONE LODGE AMENITIES
For relaxation and convenience guests of Greystone Lodge will find an outdoor heated pool and hot tub along with an indoor hot tub, showers, and common area washrooms. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building as well as a vending machine for quick snacks. There are two shared BBQ's near the pool deck for guest use. Free wireless internet is located throughout the building for those guests who need to stay connected. Unique to Greystone Lodge is free underground parking, something hard to come by in Whistler. Guests should be warned that the underground parking has a total height limit of 6 feet 8 inches. Large SUV’s with ski racks may not fit in the underground and there is very limited over-height parking at the lodge.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Within a very short walking distance guests will find ski school, ski and snowboard rentals, bike rentals, restaurants, a liquor store, a small grocery store and various retail outlets. The walk to the main Whistler Village will take around 7-10 minutes on foot, however, a village transit bus comes every 7 minutes in the Winter and every 15 minutes during the other months. The bus stop is just a short stroll from the lobby.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Golfers can enjoy the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, one of the finest golf courses in British Columbia, just a short walk from the lodge. Spas are located throughout Whistler Resort for those looking for extra help in relaxing. Lost Lake Park is located only minutes from the Greystone Lodge where guests will find great hiking, picnicking, swimming and fishing in the summer months and Nordic ski trails in the winter. The base of Blackcomb turns into a children’s paradise in the summer when it is converted into a giant playground hosting horseback riding, a climbing wall, various rides and amusements, mini-golf, and more. In addition, on summer weekends visitors can frequent the Whistler Farmer’s Market finding locally made crafts and foods also located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.

This place was everything that we expected. It has a great location with a nice path to the slopes, it was clean and it included everything we needed. The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice benefit.

Super condo for a large group
This was the perfect condo for our group of 7. Ideal location - ski on and off the slopes and just a short walk to the village. Building was quiet and the condo was well equipped and comfortable.

Great spot
Place was spotless. Loved being on Blackcomb mountain. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds. Could have used a little more space for our family of 5 - 2 adults 3 teenagers, but very happy with it.

Greystone Whistler Stay
We absolutely loved our stay at the Greystone Lodge. Acer communicated with us in a timely manner. The unit was well cleaned and had helpful amenities. The beds were super comfy!
Our only suggestion is for the fridge water dispenser to be fixed and more toilet paper. Really minor things!
The location was perfect! It was just a ten minute walk to the Whistler Village. We had a blast and highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Whistler.

Very nice unit. Was clean and spacious. Close to Blackcomb - had to walk with ski boots on approx 300 feet to hill. Same on return trip from hill to the unit. Automatic sink faucet was cumbersome to operate. Hot tub was a bit small, 5 people was crowded.

The ski in / ski out location of this apartment on the slopes of Blackcomb Mt was brilliant. A short walk up/down the hill for any apres ski, and then a 5 min walk through to Whistler Village (or catch the free bus to and from Whistler village outside the front door). The facilities were great, outdoor hot tub and pool plus indoor hot tub. The apartment itself was very secure and had everything we needed ( including a full kitchen which we didn't utilise). Definitely recommend this property and would love to return. The apartment was very clean with lovely linen and was as described. The property managers were so nice to deal with both before and during our question was too much trouble and it was great to have our ski lift passes waiting for us on arrival.

I strongly recommend staying at Greystone Lodge at Blackcomb. The Lodge is truly ski in ski out- less than 10 minutes from ski locker to ski lift. The unit is perfect with ample room for 4 adults and a young teen. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. The Lodge itself was quiet, orderly and the underground parking was a snap. Everything ran so smoothly we didn't need to call on the staff once. The shuttle stop is directly across the street and both Villages are very quick to get to. We were able to walk into Blackcomb village easily in just a few minutes. The listing/description was very accurate and nothing was exaggerated or over promised. We will be back.

when you pay $3500 for a room you shouldnt find a note saying 6 packets of sugar and coffemate, 1 roll of papertowels, 1 packet coffee. if i wanted a cheep place i would have found one. we were given a hard time for fresh towels as well. hair on my pillow and under the sheets and around the bathroom. felt the sheets were never changed. didnt feel comfortable.
