"Very disappointed. This use to be our favorite hotel to stay in, but not anymore. We were shocked to see that they now charge $10 for parking. The parking garage is so small that finding some place to park while trying to have enough room to exit your car is near impossible. I’m a member and wasn’t even offered water. They are under construction and the banging started at 8 in the morning. Sad to say that we will stay at La Quinta in the future "

"I am not happy about my experience just due to Marlene and her improper treatment of myself and my brothers. We came to Courtyard Marriott to be close and grieve my late sister. Marlene was abrasive and overly rude, even though we had a ton of issues in the two rooms. Cleanliness- a dirty sock found in room, alerted staff and they didn't seem to care. "Nice place right on the water. Excellent restaurants and whiskey bar within walking distance of the hotel. Loud air handling unit facing the water from your balcony. Not the best design. It would have been nice to hear the water, boats and sea life instead of a loud noise."
