"DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. "Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. I have not had a refund having contacted the hotel again and having a email conversation with the manger. It a budget hotel, so the 2 night stay I paid for isn’t worth my time perusing. "Bem localizado e com ótimo custo-benefício. Quarto muito amplo e limpo. Banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro excelente. O hotel possui restaurante e serviço de quarto. Staff atencioso e preparado. Melhor opção de hospedagem em Coventry, se não exigir algo luxuoso. É um hotel de 3,5 estrelas!"

"Big room"

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"Situated on the edge of Coventry, you can avoid the city traffic if you want to. There are some shops nearby, if you need supplies. The restaurant is sufficient, but not exceptional. The rooms are adequate for this sort of stay, but the sound proofing between them is poor, and you can easily be woken by next door's shower or running water"
