"The apartment location is great. The beach is really not far and there is a grocery and dollar store just beside. It is on a busy street but that was not a problem. We enjoyed the apartment, it was nice and clean. The host was very responsive and professional. We did face a few annoyances though. The main one was the lack of room and chairs at the dining table. Also, the smoke detectors are really sensible and loud. It made me fear cooking anything or even using the toaster. The last thing is...

"The apartment was spotlessly clean! Perfect location in south/central Philly. Host sent very clear directions on how to access the room. Excellent stay "

"The apartment is cute and comfy. I had no issues that hindered me or my guest from enjoying our time! It can use a paint job (that's wipeable), due to the scuff marks on most of the walls... other than that everything was fine. The only problem I had was PARKING... it was horrible! You may have to walk blocks or even park and get a ride back to the building. "
