"Communication with host was stellar. Check in was easy, check out a breeze. Hosts allowed us to bring our dog, and with a fenced in yard, this was AMAZING. Plenty of space! Note: there are 2 upstairs bedrooms and they are divided by a door which closes, making them 2 true rooms. However, there isn’t a hallway between them, so folks from one bedroom have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the other parts of the house, including the bathroom. "What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. Beautiful apartment with everything you need nearby. Gabe & Jon are amazing hosts and I love their online guide with specific check in instructions and a detailed guide about the area attractions. I would definitely recommend!"

"Stayed with family. Good location. Very spacious rooms. We had a great time. The apartment was nice and clean, but the showboat is in need of renovation. The elevator and hallway leading up to the apartment was dingy. Also, the beds were comfortable, but the other furniture was very cheap. Overall, its a great place to stay for the price. I would come back."
