"Hotel is new, property and rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had enough towels. Breakfast area is small, clean, food selection was fair, not impressive at all. Place is ok, good location on edge of town. Good parking lot, hard to find the 1st time in."

However, we had stayed at this hotel previously and the property seemed to be less well cared for than a year ago. Our room was not well cleaned. "Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. There was a small issue they caught before our stay where they had accidentally double booked. It was a busy time because Appleton had recently been hit by a tornado so the hotel was taking in extra people that had been displaced from their homes. They ended up being able to accommodate us, which I greatly appreciate. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the shower had the most pressure I have ever experienced in a shower anywhere. Keep up the good work!"

"Had higher hopes. $183 for a room with a Jacuzzi in it. The Jacuzzi was turned on and brown stuff immediately started coming out of the jets turning the water brown. I drained the whole thing and scrubbed it all out. Refilled it and same thing, once filled and turning the jets on, brown crud immediately filled the water. It was disgusting. We got out and had to shower immediately. Also the breakfast was just some cereal and a waffle maker with some toast and yogurt. Very unhappy with out...
