"I have never written a poor review on any hosting site and I’m sad to say this will be the first. It started with poor communication by the host and then went to ghosting communication on the day of arrival. We had requested an early check in if at all possible but never received a response. Arrived 15 minutes before arrival with absolutely no check in instructions to find a back sliding glass door wide open, could view through the windows that all bed sheets were off and unmade and a huge pile...

"This property was very clean and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you can need and the master bathroom was wonderful. Easy access to beaches in the area was a large draw and we were not disappointed."

"We loved the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the back porch/patio. Walking distance to downtown Pt. St Joe was great. Beds were very comfortable and the little details like bottled water and snacks as well as treats for our dog was a very nice surprise. Highly recommend the cottage.
