"Pros: Great location and value for money. Nicely decorated in shabby chic style. 3 beds ranging from soft to firm. Clean, comfy bedding with a variety of pillows. Plenty of towels & wash cloths in bathroom. Good A/C and kitchen amenities. Multiple porch swings. Cons: Thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades and 1 portable fan. Cobwebs hanging from kitchen blinds. There is a very strong mildew smell that takes a bit to get used to but a large air purifier runs nonstop to take the edge off....

There was a paper towel in the sink filled with dirt, there were washcloths inside the washing machine dirty, some paper towels in the garbage can, and the front bathroom had issues with the toilet. "The stay was nice. I had a mini staycation with a few kids in my family. The house is family friendly with plug covers and plenty of space.The house is a charming and cozy older home with a few modern touches. The age of the home shows in a few minor ways, but all together it’s a nice house. In reality it was cuter in person than in the pictures! The property was clean. A minor issue was something spilled in the oven causing excess smoke while cooking, but I was able to get it out. I appreciated...
