"Hotel maravilhoso, muito confortável e muito bem localizado. Ambientes acolhedores e um bom café da manhã, americano, sem xícara e pires mas só com uma caneca. Tudo muito prático. O que não gostei foi que no acerto de contas no check-out me lançaram uma despesa indevida. Reclamei e foi constatado o erro, porém tive que esperar muito e reclamar mais ainda, para que retirassem o lançamento indevido. Espere, é o que diziam. Pior de tudo, não ouvi uma só palavra de desculpas, como se o erro...

"The hotel is good, but may improve! The premises are clean, smell great and are modern/ well kept. The room is big enough, beds are super comfy and pillows great as well! Same with shower/ bathroom! The gym is brand new and a good help for basic exercises. What needs to improve: serviced! Starting with the reception desk. BTW, the area is great as well, with restaurants, the mall and close to the energy corridor! "

"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated.
