"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "

"The stay was great. The host was exceptional. We needed an Air mattress for my sister tom sleep on and he had it at our door 30 minutes after I notified him. I have mobility issues and the host installed a number lock access on the back door the next day after requesting access through the back door. There is a reason there are Premier Hosts and these hosts definitely qualify. They did everything possible to make my stay a great experience."

"As stated the place is walking distance to anything you need, which was nice. The beach is excellent, and the restaurants and bars downtown were a lot of fun, too. "Nice place, although not very secure. Went to dinner came back to find the Code to enter did not work. Lucky for us the slider was never locked and we had never checked it. Steps are a little steep so be careful and could use better lighting outside for walk ways. Parking we had to park on the street, not the best scenario. Overall it was nice for what we needed, a quick trip to take care of some personal things in the area."
