"If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

"This property doesn’t appear to be legal in the county. Very small house which I figured. It is shared with other people in the same house but separate. Very bad area. I wouldn’t even check in. Very disappointed. "

"We loved this place! So many good points to highlight but I really appreciate the bed and bath linens were a good quality. The shower had hot water anytime we used it. The location was perfect to where we needed to go. We walked to a restaurant nearby for drinks and food. We would have liked to ride the bikes to the waterfront but next time. We look forward to coming back and staying longer. "

"The Room was VERY Clean - all updated with a Nice Bathroom and Shower. Perfect Studio. Great location off of Southern Blvd, Close to Turnpike and I95, 5 minutes from Airport and downtown. Only 10 min. to Wellington Mall or Tanger Outlets. GREAT LOCATION.This was our first time at this location - - Great for the Price! - - Host was extremely polite and helpful! - We would stay here again! Thank you!"
