"The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. "Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs."

"We have stayed at many VRBOs and rental homes over the years, and the Bella Villa is one of the best! John is a thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment is surrounded by the character of Little Italy and is convenient to public transit and all the offerings of the Chicago area. The unit itself is very well appointed and filled with lots of little extras that make it extra special. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!"

"Pictures are exactly as reality. Very spacious 3bdrm priced fairly. Excellent location (not in the HEART of action but close enough)- walking distance to El, coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and boutiques. City parking. Would suggest to others looking for clean, basic yet not junky 3 bedroom! A note to owner: the ship is not needed on the mantle :) we moved as soon as we opened the door! "The property was amazing, they provided us with lots of supplies and the place was super clean. It didn't feel cramped at all with 6 people and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only issue was parking sometimes and that's because we got home pretty late but we could easily find parking around the neighborhood only a 3 min walk away! Owners helped us check-in too!"

"This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back!"
