"The house was great for our family. Everyone could have their own room and place to hang out after long days of activities. A few minor fixes need to occur to make the place get more stars from us, such as a piece of the basement ceiling was hanging and I was worried it would fall and hit one of the kids, the yard was unusable because it doesn’t look like it’s been cut in a very long time and possibly some other water damage and missing blinds in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the well-stocked coffee station with the Keurig machine was a thoughtful touch. The listing was misleading — it gave the impression I was booking a private unit, when in reality it was just a single room in a shared space with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. That’s not what I was expecting, and it should have been made absolutely clear upfront.
