"Location was nice and quiet, and close to transit. Bed was comfy. A private washroom was promised but the youngest son and his friend used it when they weren’t supposed to during the first two days of our stay. The host herself was pleasant and helpful, but as this was a family home, the younger members of the household could be noisy at times, and the B&B room did not feel very private being as it was situated by the front door of the house. "Loved this sweet bed and breakfast! Clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished room with private bathroom. Lovely back yard area right next to small river. Quiet, attractive neighborhood. Michael, the owner, was very amiable. Would definitely go back next time I’m visiting Vancouver!"

"David was very helpful, polite, and kind. He met us at the location, showed us to our room (late check-in) and explained everything. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean also. The listing indicates bed and breakfast with a continental breakfast. We had great coffee options but the breakfast part was a bit underwhelming. There were apples, oranges, bananas, brown wonder bread in the fridge, yogourt and cereal. "The room was really nice, decor was new and it was super clean. The space was situated so that it was really quiet during the night time. No TV was inconvenient. I thought there was a shared space for TV. I did not see any staff. At around 11:30pm and 6:30am there were people in the kitchen talking loud and not being very considerate. The parking was awkward but that’s usual in Vancouver proper."
