The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival.
When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ?
My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 .
Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL )

"Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. "What a unique and memorable stay!
We had such a wonderful stay. My son loved all the farm animals. He was invited to help feed all the animals during the nightly “chores”. This was certainly the highlight of our trip.
I can’t thank the family enough for their hospitality and willingness to allow us to enjoy all their beautiful animals. "
