"It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The “property manager” canceled our reservation less than 24 hours before check in due to an ‘issue’ with the apartment - construction noise and water turned off. The host then denied that they canceled to Vrbo (so that we would not be entitled to receive a refund for the full cost of the rental which we had already paid). "It was an amazing experience staying at this property. It was very well managed, clean, quiet and spacious unit. Did not face any issues or surprises. Great location. The owner is very polite, responsive and resourceful. It was an absolute joy to stay at this well maintained unit with new fittings and amenities. Would love to come back again. Highly recommended!!"
