"We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location."

"Loved having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Everything was as advertised. "

It was hard for my mother to get up the stairs, front and back. They could use a handrail for the steps and also to get in and out of the tub, you could also use some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang up our wet towels and washcloths.
