"Hotel com quartos bem próximos de uma avenida movimentada e na suíte principal havia uma porta fechada com o compressor do ar condicionado que fazia muito barulho. Realmente incomodou esse barulho. Troquei de quarto 1 vez e o barulho segui na outra habitação. Não voltaria neste hotel."

"Sempre fiquei en wuartos com banheiro, sendo esta a primeira vez sem. Funcionou bastante bem, banheiros limpos, muitas toalas disponíveis. Só falta uma saboneteira. Na minha opinião, chão e cadeiras merecem restauração, mas acho quevé um pouco "estilo"."

"we didnt know it was a shared property as it was not mentioned in the add - the cleaning staff was rude and had left the kitchen and the shared spaces dirty, dirty dishes in the sink, had not even vacumed the lobby or the stairs - the host did not respond about property being ready to check into until 2 minutes before check in time"

It’s not a particularly memorable experience, but it meets expectations very well for a Grand Hyatt. In the absence of an affordable breakfast option at the hotel, I ended up discovering some of the many great cafés in the area."
