"Good"

"Front desk was excellent and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was big, bright, and clean."

"Elevador com defeito. Area a noite com mtos drogados. Hotel bom mas mto caro."

"This was a beautiful hotel with ideal location for a quick overnight visit in Ballard. Lovely neighborhood, terrific restaurants, and spectacular Farmers Market just outside the door on Sunday morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming."

"There was no hot water. Only tepid. Called phone number and person seemed not too excited to fix it. Said others had complained and they were working on it. After a while, I used the app to text. The staff was quite dismissive. He said that the phone person was wrong, no one else had complained. He tried to give me directions without asking what was happening, which felt like he was blaming me and doubting my story. It got to be too late to fix (I has surgery very early in the morning), but...

Solicitei reembolso e fui ignorado"

"Clean rooms, great communication, very smooth process"

"A hotel that delivers exactly what it promises: comfort, excellent location, and the brand’s consistent standards. It’s not a particularly memorable experience, but it meets expectations very well for a Grand Hyatt. In the absence of an affordable breakfast option at the hotel, I ended up discovering some of the many great cafés in the area."

"Local bem limpo, moderno.
