"Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time."

"Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!"

"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"We really want to thank Jennifer and Gary for a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful in a very serene setting! When we checked in we thought it was way in the country, but it is actually very close to everything we needed and very close to all the historical parts of Williamsburg, Jamestown and York!It would be wonderful for several families with children to stay! Most of the bedrooms have private restrooms attached!Jennifer was very prompt answering any questions we had! Very nice...

"It was an amazing stay. We were welcomed into a perfectly immaculate home that was exceedingly quiet the whole time. They have so many wonderful amenities right there. The only thing that took me by surprise was that one of the rooms is more of a loft because it doesn’t have a door on it. "

"The place looked good online, but it is larger than it seems and better than I can express!!!!What a true gem in a setting you try to think of reasons to return for another occasion before you have even left.All went well and was very easy from the reservation, communication, arrival, stay, adding my son's dog for 2 days 24 hours before arrival, to cleanup and leaving,,,,,which we were all sad to drive away!Had a great experience that I left something and was able to go back a few days later...

"We spent our 20th anniversary with friends and family. We chose the house specifically for the kitchen. It is well appointed and had more than we needed. "We had a wonderful time. Lots to do on property for grandkids not just the pool. The staff was amazing and supplied everything we needed. The house had plenty of space and room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Very clean and big bedrooms and lounging areas. Everything you need is close by. We look forward to our return visit. "
