"The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred."

The host was very accomodating when the coffeemaker was not working. They quickly replaced it for us which was very nice given that it was during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. "The best host ever! Have never stayed in a place with such a helpful, caring and responsive host! Sherry is amazing. And this home is perfect. Everything that you need. Close to great coffee shops, restaurants, things to do, Whole Foods walking distance. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute even though this was a recuperation and recovery time for us. Great area, great host, great VRBO! Will stay again on next visit!"

We loved the spacious house, and the patio area is fabulous, with a large lawn, the pool/spa which the young grandkids enjoyed for hours, and the grill and table where we enjoyed most meals. Super close to a grocery store, Lego Land and several other fun and kid-friendly places. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!"
