"Ótima localização, muito gostoso o hotel, mas desde a recepção, arrumação e pessoal do café da manhã são desplicentes; ao fazer o check in com a minha familia (4 pessoas)a recepcionista nos deu um apartamento com uma única cama, qdo ci interfonei para ela e me ofereceu 1 cama extra, depois de muita conversa ela entendeu que nao da para ficar 4 pessoas em 1 cama de casal e uma de solteiro, no cafe da manha a hosters sempre com cara de carranca..... Arrumação do quarto era feita as 15:00...... Mas...

"Hotel caro pelo que entrega! Cobram até para usar as espreguiçadeiras próximas à praia. Me cobraram indevidamente o café da manhã. Se não reclamo pararia USD 300 a mais. Staff ávido por gorjetas até o ponto do constrangimento."

"This was our third stay at Kaanapali Beach Hotel. It is such a wonderful property. After driving around the island, there is no doubt that this is our favorite hotel. Everyone is so nice, and helpful. It has such a laid back atmosphere, and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be returning to Maui, and when we do, we will be staying here again."

"Location and pool area are fantastic but the food at the pool bar is awful. The hotel needs updating too. The elevator and hallways smell old and musty. Our washing machine didn’t clean the clothes at all and the oven literally took 30mins to preheat. We had an ocean view but it was not direct and for what we paid for the room, I felt ocean view was false advertisement. You can’t see it from the living room. Bartenders and staff were fantastic though."

"Great unit and location. As others stated the unit is dated but it was very clean and has everything you need as well as extras like beach equipment, chairs, a cooler and lots of kitchen essentials. Walking distance to ABC, a grocery store and food trucks. The view was outstanding and the pools and grounds were beautiful. Would definitely book this unit again. "

"The view was breathtaking! Definitely the reason we would come back. However, a few things that didn’t meet our expectations were the following: -overall checkin was frustrating and communication was lacking from the property management company. -lack of items in unit such as towels. None in the kitchen and no face towels. -shower/bathroom was a bit untidy when we arrived. -listing is a bit deceiving as the photos show the ocean front pool which is not apart of the complex. "This was a great place to stay in Maui for families. The washer and dryer were so very useful, the beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed the resort pool as well. Check in was easy; it is just like checking in at any other Westin."

"We had the best stay at Maui Marriott Ocean Club! Everything went smoothly from the time we checked in. The best part was the free parking in the garage! Our condo had the most incredible view from the balcony. We loved the kitchenette and fridge fir all our groceries we bought before we arrived. "the photos show you what your getting. the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club has been around. Beach is smaller than it use to be. lot of erosion. property well kept up. just gets the quick clean and is fine but not spotless. basics are well done. room is well supplied with basics to keep it nice, do laundry and run the dish washer. kitchen well stocked. had. great week. convent to the parking garage. the negs: porch is small. and the handrail is eye height when sitting out there. room is way different...

"Property was beautiful, rooms were perfect. Beach was also great with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Cleaners were too thorough in the kitchen- leaving zero condiments, coffee or any staples; but couches had some food underneath and some liquid spill across the floor. Nothing we couldn’t deal with and overall had a great time!"

"Nos foi informado o valor errando de "resort fee" no check in e pediram um cartão de crédito para descontarem um valor de U$280 ( mais de R$1200 no cartão de crédito brasileiro com iof e tudo mais). O valor seria para "calção" deste resort fee que seria cobrado no check out. Além de o valor de resort fee cobrado no check out ter sido o DOBRO do que nos foi informado, o valor que cobraram do cartão que nos foi informado que seria estornado AINDA NÃO FOI ESTORNADO!
