Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix. The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at. "Visiting family for the holidays. This an upstairs apartment, well layed out, well furnished. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Just wished the freestanding gas fireplace was working but it did have central heat so no problem. Would stay here again."

"Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! "The location was perfect, easy access to all highways, downtown waterfront was a 5 minute walk, there was available parking Nextdoor, the entrance was secure, apartment was clean and very comfortable! So much more to list honestly. Host was extremely communicative throughout the entire stay answering any questions and even had some great suggestions for a wonderful winery close by! We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed every one of them. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the Vancouver...

"The upper floors of the house were very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was well appointed overall and the beds were comfortable. We were on the tail end of a spring break vacation with our grandchildren who live in Portland and our stay at Irvington House put the icing on the cake. Portland in the Springtime is not to be missed. We look forward to coming back!"

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
