"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. The Queen Anne Inn is about a 5 minute drive away from the main Chatham area which was nice when we had plans. Unrelated to the Queen Anne Inn, the main Chatham area can be a madhouse! The...
