"Great service from the reception staff, very helpful and cheerful. Rooms pretty big but not your usual sleek chain hotel look or feel, they were a bit clunky and appliances in need of update. Its more of motel feel but with a pool and good service. Good location close to a nice beach. Felt it was a bit pricey for what it was but cape cod isn’t cheap foe hotels"

"I stayed 7 nights. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Pool was beautifully maintained. Parking was great. Ice Cream shop on site and free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in office. Quiet setting but easily accessible to restaurants, stores, shops, churches, etc.
Only negatives: room had a strong deodorizer smell and there was no coffeemaker or microwave in room. There is a minifridge which was useful.
Bed was comfortable, shower was great. All in all, nice place, no complaints. Had...
