"Great service from the reception staff, very helpful and cheerful. Rooms pretty big but not your usual sleek chain hotel look or feel, they were a bit clunky and appliances in need of update. Its more of motel feel but with a pool and good service. Good location close to a nice beach. Felt it was a bit pricey for what it was but cape cod isn’t cheap foe hotels"

"The mattresses in room 206 must be replaced. At first, I thought it was a pillow top mattress that was just uncomfortable. I slept in the center of the bed and drifted deep into the mattress. I finally tried the other bed, and it was even worse."
