"Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower made it easy for my group of friends to co-exists during our stay. Melissa was super friendly as well and didn’t give us any...

"Checkin was easy. Very friendly staff. Location was across the street from the beach. If you parked at the beach, it would cost $35. Had a nice pool if you did not use the beach."

"Overall our stay was good. Amazing location right across from the beach. The unit was a little dirty - scuff marks on the walls and headboard, along with water marks and rust in a few places. Blinds probably need to be replaced. Also, a mildewy, musty smell and dampness. Other than that, a good stay for the weekend."

"We had a great time staying in this home, and were grateful to have a warm, dry place to come “home” to after a rainy October day! Lots of space to spread out, two bathrooms which was great, and comfortable beds. Had the essentials stocked and was a convenient location for exploring the area! Owners were communicative and check-in and check-out process was smooth!"

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights is this comfy, well-decorated, clean and quiet unit. It had all the necessities and is located in a neighborhood, so we felt like locals. It is conveniently located near lots of things to do, both walking and driving. Communication with hosts was fantastic. We found their directions and suggestions very helpful. "
