They did in fact pick up the phone one time and without even saying hello they hung right up. I asked Expedia to help me and the business did not answer there calls either. It feels like it’s in the middle of the quaintest tiny villages but Hartford is under 30 minutes away and New Haven was an easy 45 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge.
