"Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. We had a mix of meals in the room with the incredible sea view as well as dining out. "Great location and parking (£12.50 a night) one minute walk away from accommodation. Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. Would stay again as felt high end especially the bed but I did stay Sun- Tues so extremely quiet."

Próximo a bares e restaurantes à beira do canal (alguns deles em barcos) e a menos de 20 minutos a pé de alguns dos principais pontos turístico e da estação de trem. O apartamento é enorme, muito limpo e bem equipado. Ideal para famílias e executivos que vão passar mais tempo na cidade. O edifício não tem com recepção e coleta e entrega das chaves é feita por meio de um cofre eletrônico no hall de entrada. Tudo muito fácil e rápido."

"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

The bathroom was fabulous, the bed extremely comfortable, and the peaceful courtyard was such a lovely bonus. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city yet still so quiet. A perfect place to stay in Bath – highly recommend!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Quayside Quarters. It’s in a quiet street just off the quay in Poole. My room was clean and comfortable and the owners made sure I got in OK and allowed me to leave my bag in the building for a couple of hours after I vacated the room. I would certainly like to stay again when next I need accommodation in Poole."

"Convenient central location, right in the thick of it!, you won’t need your jacket if you’re going out to the many pubs, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Bit noisy at night but not excessive. Accommodation was exceptional, clean and comfortable Would not hesitate to book again "

"Tudo perfeito. O local é bem perto da estação de trem e ônibus . Como tinha um ônibus bem cedo pela manhã optei pelo hotel. Mas fica um pouco longe do centro e da praia ! O café da manhã feito pelo Cris na hora que agenda é delicioso ! Silencioso e muito limpo o quarto. Chuveiro com bastante água quente e até espaçoso pra os padrões ingleses 👏👏👏! Roupa de cama e cama muito confortável e tudo limpíssimo. Cofre e geladeira no quarto um plus que não esperava ! "

"Lovely apartment with plenty of room. Nice and comfortable, cleaned really well. Having the lovely cafe downstairs was just perfect."

"Check-in was nice and easy with clear communication from the owners. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location wise you couldn’t ask for better, just 5 mins walk from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We would certainly stay there again if we come to Bath again."

"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "
