"L’appartamento è centralissimo pulito e attrezzato, ma è senza ascensore e arrivare al terzo piano con i bagagli diventa faticoso. Ma la cosa che più abbiamo sofferto è stato il caldo perché non è climatizzato è dotato solo di un ventilatore ,di notte è stato una sauna."

"The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan...

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. "Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth. Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"Minha esposa e eu amamos esse hotel. Esta última estadia foi a terceira vez em que nos hospedamos lá. Para quem quer explorar as Cotswolds é uma excelente base de apoio. Os quartos são confortáveis, espaçosos, muito limpos. O ambiente do hotel é perfeito e relaxante, muito amplo.. O café da manhã é dos mais completos que já provamos, e servido num espaço amplo e confortável. O estacionamento tem muitas vagas e é gratuito, no interior da área do hotel. Tem restaurantes e a comida é muito boa. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática, acolhedora e prestativa. Nota 1000 para o hotel."
