"The inside of the house is beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen is amazing and extremely well stocked. If you like to cook this is the place to stay! The surroundings in the front of the home is very nice with a comfortable porch to have a drink. All toiletries were available in abundance. Bryan was always available and answered any questions we had…an outstanding host. Will definitely return in the near future. Our stay here was the perfect holiday for our family….. many thanks to Bryan!"

"Our extended family including 3 young granddaughters stayed here for a week and the time flew by! Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great for privacy, and the pool was beautifully maintained and enjoyed daily! The snorkelers in our group appreciated the beach access to Smith’s Reef, and a son-in-law loved preparing meals on the gas grill. It was a memorable vacation stay, and the views are spectacular! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a larger group."

"The house is beautiful and the staff is nice; if you dont like seeing the housekeeper and property manager popping up in and at the house unannounced every single day then this isn't the place for you; Master bedroom is huge and nice but was hot the entire week and the TV in the master bedroom was broken; I also didn't like that you have to pay a light bill upon checking out but other than those few things the house is amazing "

"Overall we loved our stay. Very beautiful, nice views of the ocean, spacious, clean, had everything we needed and more. We didn’t mind this, but just as a heads up, the property owner actually lives on site in a separate lower level apartment, so if having the whole place to yourself is important this is something to be aware of. The owners are very nice people and easy to get in touch with. The pool is small but most of your time would likely be at the beaches anyways. Overall would recommend...

There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. "The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean.
