"Loved it on every level. Cottage was super clean and loved the style and the size. There is a pond and a field out back with fireplaces and areas to sit and hang out. Perfect for the morning walk with the dog. The cottages are fairly close to each other but each had their own very private deck so I didn’t mind at all. Communication from the hosts was also perfect whilst leaving you enough privacy. Would come back for sure. "

"This was our 3rd vrbo stay in Harpswell and our first on Bailey Island. We went for part of the week on our own and cousins joined us there for a couple of days. We were thrilled to bring our Boston Terrier along, too! The house is rustic yet elegant in some ways (amazing steam room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds & bedding). Like many other reviewers, we spent tons of time on the lovely porch relaxing and enjoying the always beautiful view of the water, birds, boats, and sunrises and...

"Very comfortable, clean small cottage. We slept great in the bed that was provided and it had a futon in the living area . We recommend that only 2 people stay there. They had a toaster oven , a full refrigerator and a coffee maker. It is very close to Route 1, Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta. "

"This Cottage was a perfect place for us to stay to meet up with relatives at Potts Point and to explore the area. Check it was easy, cottage is lovely and comfortable. Had everything we needed and some. Enjoyed sitting in chairs watching the birds in the cove. Highly recommend. Owners next door were very discreet."

"What a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely amazing. Kitchen well equipped. We bought live lobsters just $10 a lb from Hannafords (try also the French baguette) just 12 min drive and cooked them, clams and corn all in the steamer provided. Lounge seating very comfortable. Cooks corner area has everything incl Walmart superstore. David was a wonderful host. Could not speak too highly of him. He came out late at night when I could not work something out."

The location of this property is excellent - the views are great and a walk from the house to Grime's Cove couldn't be more beautiful. "Sasanoa is a beautiful cabin in the woods. The vintage decor is lovely. The living area is very spacious, comfortable and perfect for two couples. Screened-in porch is great for reading and/or games. The location is extremely peaceful and quiet! "
