"The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. "It's an old house so noise and creaking is to be expected, however, it was unexpectedly very loud. We were woken at around 230 AM by upstairs tenants that sounded like a herd of elephants in the middle of the night. You can even hear the toilet seat go up and down upstairs. There was water (from last guests?) still in the single use coffee make. Husband still attempted to use it, however, the coffee maker didn't work (I'm guessing that's why the old water was in it). "Super cute place. Exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the host was very friendly. My only complaint was that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there were only stairs. (The listing may have said this… I don’t remember) Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue for me, but I am currently 7 months pregnant and had a large suitcase. Definitely got my exercise! "The only issue my cousin and I ran into was initially getting into the apartment. I called the host twice and didn’t get an answer, but they were quick to respond to my messages, which helped us get inside. Once we were in, the space was very roomy. The A/C didn’t work the best, but it was manageable for our stay. Other than that, the place was very clean, quiet, and peaceful."
