"The rental was clean, with the exception of some of the door frames. The location is okay. It’s a reasonably pleasant walk to the Q line. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs. It is an old building, so the stairs are steep, with narrow treads. If you have mobility issues, you might want to consider a different rental. Also worth mentioning is that the floors and stairs are very loud. The owner is responsive, and we didn’t have any problems occur during our stay."

"We were in town for the Woodward Dream Cruise and this was an excellent location within walking distance of Woodward Ave and why we chose it. The apartment was ok. Older building, window AC units. This place could be really nice with a couple upgrades. Better furniture, replace the pillows, more linens, another towel rack in the bathroom working lamps and some maintenance repairs. I saw the broken blinds and bathroom door off the hinges in previous reviews from months ago. I thought for sure...

"The location was good. It close to my nieces, stores, shops, and grocery stores. I did message the host about the TV in the living room and never answered my message. The place was clean and had all the necessary utensils for cooking. "
