"We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. O hotéis.com não nos apresentou este hotel. Nos fizeram esperar até 15h para ir para o quarto. A piscina térmica estava gelada. Não pudemos usar o spa, o qual foi motivo de escolha do hotel. "Love this hotel. If you're coming on the train or bus, it's very convenient. I don't love staying near the beach, so it's great and really all of Brighton is a short walk anyway. It's close to the Lanes, clean and affordable, always my 'go to' when in Brighton."
