"I paid extra for a room with a view of the ocean and I'm glad I did. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bed in room 13 was very comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle in the room which was replenished every day. It's not an ultra-modern hotel but everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in Hove, about 2 miles west of Brighton, and it was nice being in a quieter area. There is a 700...

"O hotel é bastante bom, bem localizado, o quarto não é grande mas muito em ordem, o café da manhã farto e variado, e a equipe atenciosa. Não é um hotel luxuoso, mas tudo funciona, está bem mantido, é limpo e atende perfeitamente às necessidades de quem está de férias ou a trabalho. "

"Staff were lovely, as was breakfast and the bar. But the rooms and decor are the key feature of this hotel and certainly make it unforgettable. Our room and bathroom were not huge but more than adequate and comfortable. The theming of the rooms, corridors, stairways and bar area is amazing, thoughtful, creative and makes this hotel worth a stay for sure, as does the cheeky nature and sense of humour. We will likely be back just to try a different room! Thanks"

"Location great. Easy access. Not worth the money they ask. Smell of urine in stairwell. No hot water for shower in morning. Shower head coming off wall. Thick dust on bathroom towel rail. Stained carpet. Has potential, but clearly not checked for consistent level of quality. Disappointed "

"Staff make the hotel. Had a bath tub toilet combo. Bath was extremely clean. Really pleased as thats how I judge cleanliness. Carpet in the room could have been vacummed more but bed clean, white sheets comfy, not even one stain. Impressed. Asked for a particular room my child is SEN, that was also given with no hassle (obviously within the price range booked). Really happy, kind staff especially room service the staff who delivered breakfast to room 248 on the 26 May. Its our second time...

"プレミアリーグのサッカーチームがあるイギリスの避暑地という事で訪れたが全体的に施設が老朽化しており、多くの観光客が訪れるせいか街自体も汚く、海岸もそんなに綺麗ではない。あくまでもイギリス国民向けのカジュアルな保養地と言った印象で、海外からわざわざ訪れるに値しない。ただ海岸沿いにあるホテル群の中で一番外観が綺麗だったホテル(当ホテルではない)の一階レストランで食べた夕食は、今まで総計3週間ほどイギリスに滞在して食べた食事の中で一番美味しかった。"

"Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."

"I was looking for a convenient place to stay near Brighton, and this turned out to be an excellent choice. Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep, and the free on-street parking nearby was a real bonus. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay."
